I have over ten (10) years experience working with private and government entities developing, implementing and monitoring programs, creating policies and procedures for human resource, customer service, document control, and correspondence plan; designing training modules, strategic plans, and including, but not limited to: Sixteen years in resident property management (e.g. Front Desk Manager, Certified Occupancy Specialist and File Audit). Five years as a Professional Special Education Tutor for reading comprehension and math with D.C. Public Schools. I am looking for a position in project and management development.
