Testing: Helped with testing the proprietary software and writing Test Complete scripts to automate existing test cases

Debugging: handled customer requests and other bugs as assigned

Automation: Developed a multi-application automation for the hot-fix build process. Applications included Accurev, Advanced Installer, Visual Studio
