Knowledge and ability to disaggregate assesment data, as well as, administering reading assessements on students. Lessons are driven by the assessment data, which is developed to integrate small groups as much as possible. Projects that are geared toward learning abilities of students are designed to prove evidence of student comprehension of content taught.
Effective and successful team leader and member as organizer and facilitator of presentation projects; such as: teaching reading theories, motivation, writing, and novel unit projects and elementary school committees, such as, annual winter program, teacher appreciation, and honor roll recognition. Facilitated and organized Leukemia & Lymphoma's Pennies for Patients fund raising event for 3 consecutive years. Facilitated reading activities for Spurs reading and writing program for 2 consecutive years.
