Direct Marketing

Managed Direct Marketing campaigns from concept through to design and delivery.  This included producing targeted collateral to customer database and managing reports with CRM agency.  Running reports on promotional activity and communicating to Management.


New Product Launches and Promotions

Produce new product launches and product promotional collateral from concept to design to print within promotional activity timelines. Deliver all material to various locations including major retailers throughout the UK. Collateral includes: leaflets, booklets, flyers and show cards.  Communicating on a daily basis with designers, editing design and copy.  Proofing digital proofs with printers, checking format, copy and colouration. 


Event management

Managed, organised and attended Professional Beauty Exhibition for 4 years, the biggest event in Skin and Body care.  This includes set-up and break-down of a 42sqm stand with demonstrations, VIP lounge, new product gallery and new business sector. 


GroupUK Marketing Executive

FaberMaunsell Ltd

Managed the Integration and branding for the merged company, FaberMaunsell.  This involved the co-ordination of branding the new corporate logo and visual literature via the marketing mix: advertising, direct marketing, events, directories and internal marketing and communications for 34 European offices.  My role has developed into managing the communication to over 50 regional co-ordinators around the business.


Head receptionist

Managing and controlling a Mitel switchboard. Responsible for all the faxing of information, to and from the office.  My duties also required me to organise meeting, presentations, lunch appointments and liaisons with clients.
