Relationship liaison for strengthening relationships for vendor partners, marketing and sales operations. Responsible for contract implementation/obligations and numerous special projects.
Piloted this role successfully which resulted in the replication of this position for our European Operations and including the creation of the operations training manual.
- Conducted business reviews of 10 vendors and implemented strategies to improve efficiencies.
- Launched the Apparel category by developing and presenting training materials for 200 Sales Representatives. Sales achieved in the first month was $125,000 and the category is targeted to hit $1mm in sales in 2015.
- Authored 3 sales presentations to increase revenue: one to improve sales conversion of centralized purchasing accounts; the second to educate the Sales Reps on advertising specialties and the third on the launch of the Apparel category.
- Recognized for a consultative approach in selling advertising specialty products to U.S clients-sales exceeded $100K over 7 months.
