Key accomplishments:

 Piloted this role successfully which resulted in the replication of this position for our European Operations and including the creation of the operations training manual.

  • Conducted business reviews of 10 vendors and implemented strategies to improve efficiencies.
  • Launched the Apparel category by developing and presenting training materials for 200 Sales Representatives. Sales achieved in the first month was $125,000 and the category is targeted to hit $1mm in sales in 2015.
