Worked in three distinct supervisor roles at three separate stores during my time with PetSmart.
Currently oversee four supervisory roles and forty non-supervisory associates within the store.
Lead the company mission, core values, vision, and strategy
Ensure all Policies, Standard Opperating Procedures, and Code of Ethics are being upheld
Create a culture of engaged associates which result in the skills needed to exceed sales metrics
Provide connected solutions while maintaining a balance of quality customer service to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
Utilize all inventory management tools and processes to guarantee appropriate levels of in-stock are available to customers
