Worked in three distinct supervisor roles at three separate stores during my time with PetSmart.

Currently oversee four supervisory roles and forty non-supervisory associates within the store.

Privately owned retail store that specialized in the most innovative products on the market at that time. 

Responsibilities involved an undocumented partnership with the owner and consisted of running both the business and the store. This, in turn, allowed the ability to free up the owner so that she might be able to go to meetings, shows, and conventions and bring back cutting edge merchandise and ideas to provide to our ever growing customer base.

Daily responsibilities included, but were not limited to:

- Sales / Metric Planning & Execution

- Product Development / Marketing

- Merchandising / Plan-o-gram development / Store Presentation 

- Strategy/Project Planning

- Store Operations 

- Budget Tracking / Store P&L / Scheduling & Payroll Processing 

- Oversaw two other keyholder roles / Provided coaching sessions: either to grow or correct & consistently delivered feedback to them

- Took ownership and accountability of many aspects of the business and the store.
