Media Consultant| (2 years) thinkforward was chosen as the first of several start ups that utilized incubation space in the Boston.com Globelab to foster new marketing and business expansion initiatives. In this capacity thinkforward worked with executives and associates in the lab on digital strategies for the Boston.com platform. In addition thinkforward worked with the Globe to find ways they could help to optimize Boston Media Group's advertising revenue. This was mostly achieved by attracting small to medium sized business with a collaboration of Globe and thinkforward services via the Hubspot Inbound Marketing Partner agency platform.

Apprenticeship at (2 years) Terrence apprenticed under award winning film director and production company owner Joe Ferguson, a music video director for major label music artists Blackstreet, Aaron Carter, and as of recent Chris Webby Page1 and Noel Gordine. Under Joe, Terrence learned skills such as film production management, casting, editing, enhancement, on shoot directing, location scouting and equipment strategy.
