Responsible for IT support and employee training for Greenway Health EHR system in physician practices. Also responsible for assisting physician practices in meeting Meaningful Use and reporting eCQMs and PQRS.  I am currently responsible for rolling out education and implementation of the CMS MIPS program:  Merit-based Incentive Payment System.   The Quality Payment Program Medicare is implementing in 2017 to increase the quality of care for patients.  CMS is going to pay-for-performance instead of fee-for-service payment type models.
