I have many valuable attributes including good communication skills, self-motivation and a positive attitude. I am cooperative, reliable and able to adapt to any situation that may arise.

I have held a number of positions, all of which have had customer service at the centre of them.  I currently run my own business in my spare time which focusses on helping people make the right health choices for them and their families.  This means developing a rapport with clients and quickly understanding what their own needs and requirements are.  I understand only too well the importance of creating a good first impression and ensuring that you exceed expectations at every available opportunity.  I take this approach in whatever I do, including working for an employer where I know I am the face of the business for each client I deal with.

Achievements & Experience

  • Youth work: for several years I was involved in helping to run a youth group in Swindon, culminating in setting up a new youth group in 2004, which is still running today.
  • Walking/hiking: I have been involved in RAF Benson 50miles weekend for 3 consecutive years. I marched in with the first group of thousands in the first year. I also completed Stonehenge to Avebury (26miles) and Nijmegan (100 miles) in 4days. There were over 12,000 people walking and I was the first under-18 to finish.
  • Cycling: I used to cycle three times a week from my home in Dundee to Perth (46 miles round trip), and still try to cycle whenever possible.
