• Personally oversaw a unified centralized employee information tracking system. After the implementation the reduction in headcount required to perform the same function resulted in a final cost savings of over 2.5 million dollars. The implementation resulted in reductions in HR, Finance, Systems, Payroll and Reporting.
• Responsible lead for AT&T’s Reports Department, managing three direct reports, and managing the team’s computing environment including all of the Windows NT 4.0 servers, (IIS and Databases) as well as other equipment valued at over 10 million dollars of infrastructure costs.
