Contracted with Kachay Global Development Inc., from GIEM, to provide the Press Relations, assist with global business development and provide the underwriting for multiple international projects in Asia, Middle East, Europe and USA. These are R & D Commercial and self sustaining projects that revolve around commercial, industrial, agricultural, residential, hospitality and renewable energy. The underwriting involves attracting partnerships, financing and pre-development funding with IFAD, USTDA, USDA, Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, OPIC, and other organizations to co-finance multimillion projects worldwide. The sourcing aspect deals with agricultural products: feed dairy cattle, beef cattle, dairy equipment, management, renewable energy equipment such as methane to energy, drying and packaging equipment for various foods.  I have successfully attracted outside investors & resources to participate as experts in supplying and managing certain sectors of the projects to assure success.
Instigate global project outreach using the Kachay global business model through Sister City alliance and PPP project with the cities such as Omer, Israel and Murrieta for high tech industrial park & incubator. Additionally, Vietnam has 2 agri projects in process. Beeson, UK , Alamogordo, New Mexico and Angers, France are being courted for similar PPP & Sister City business relationship allowing pass through marketing, collaboration and innovation. The focus will be high tech equipment, med devices, cyber security and robotics.

·  Manage and operate start-up loan processing office in San Diego..Provide the strategy to enter a new market under heavy competition from larger banks. Identified & selected best location for the new office to have the greatest chance of success.  Defined weakest point, that being under served small to medium size companies.  Identified marketing materials as voluminous and similar to larger banks. Designed new marketing materials for bank branches that "get to the point" of products provided. Provided extensive database of contacts for California offices to use.  Outreach to Commercial RE (CRE) brokers and SME's immediately brought in $12MM CRE and SBA loan clientele. Utilized personal recognition with multiple organizations, GBC International Bank became more visible. Through panels, meetings and events GBC visibility was extended   Opened communications with existing clientele that needed repairing.

Management & Leadership Successes

Provided direction to Australian parent company to mature old technology, discontinue support, spinoff new product from existing content and place all resources into the next generation of delivery and content. Result: Product was delivered 2 years ahead of schedule, delivery method improved and additional revenue stream was created from two new complementary product lines.

I was engaged by corporate clients representing a broad-range of industry sectors. Duties: Maintain operation, budget, design report templates, timeline estimates.

Led Representative Engagement

Retained by US-based client of a $10MM telecommunications company to take over a World Bank engagement, to provide a complete business plan and risk analysis in the country of Nigeria. As a result, the company made the decision to enter the country based upon successful detailed analysis. The report was additionally used for obtaining financial assistance.

Developed a joint venture designed to address infrastructure projects in Vietnam and China through a relationship with Bridgecreek International, Inc. and Arrow Aviation Spares, Inc. Duties: report to Chairman, budget design, project management leader, business development, projections, costing, personnel, subcontracting.

  • On behalf of Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam in China, met with the China Aviation Technology Import-Export Corporation, to successfully negotiate the trade between Vietnam and China utilizing unique capture strategies involving raw materials for spare parts.
  • Worked with the cities of Zhuhai & Wuhan, China to develop a new multi-million trade center on select sites. Also worked with the Tan Son Nhat International Airport for development funding to expand the airports facilities.

Recruited to lead a fully funded commercial aviation startup company. I employed a mission critical business model based upon "aircraft on ground" (AOG) requiring immediate need for equipment, parts and supplies to be delivered by the next business day. Duties included budgets, acquisition, shipping, relationship building, targeting most profitable and rotable equipment for overnight delivery, sales, inventory, and pricing.

Vice President of Operations

Led the company from national to international in 5 years. Opening sales representative offices in Singapore, Saigon, Hanoi, Shanghai and Taipei. This resulted in increased visibility and sales within the Asian sector.Successful in becoming the first USA based operation to contract with Viet Nam's (CAAV) Civil Aviation Authority & Vietnam Airlines for supplies & ground support equipment (GSE). As a result this "breakthrough", trade with Vietnam opened up, the Jackson-Vanik Act was repealed and trade normalization occurred. Repeated sales and a trusted bond with the government occurred.

Recruited as Assistant Director of Hotels to manage up to 21 hotels in Southern California, develop policies and practices, budgets, provide forecasts and make managers responsible for profit and losses.

  • Directed and modernized operations procedures, analyzed trends, developed and implemented financial controls and instituted a standardized budgetary process for 21 locations.

As a member of the Telecommunications Task Force I co-authored the city of Oceanside's telecommunications strategy, The strategy addressed cable, satellite and wireless communications accessibility and availability to the community and business'. It further addressed future expansions, enhancements, locations, restrictions and facade. The document is considered a living document to allow enhancements or addendums.
