Summary

I am a lifelong learner and teacher. I am currently Principal of Delburne Centralized School, a K-12 school in the village of Delburne. Since I was given the opportunity to be the Principal, I have worked hard to build relationships, improve achievement, and reinvent our school's image in the community. During my 20 years with Red Deer Public Schools, I was a teacher, department head, team leader and school-based administrator. In addition to these experiences, I have served as President of the Middle Years Council of the Alberta Teacher's Association. For three years, I enjoyed teaching preservice teachers in the RDC/University of Alberta Middle Years Program. I have coached a wide variety of sports but hockey is my first love. I am a partner in The Next Shift Hockey Development, based in Red Deer, Alberta.
