  • GM level responsibility at Cisco Systems, Inc. led and transformed numerous functions of a Global Telecom/IT Infrastructure Outsourcing business unit; completely re-engineered the service Portfolio, Platform and Business Process/Workflow functions to scale capacity, improve SLA performance and customer satisfaction metrics for telecommunications infrastructure services
  • Established a new data center and disaster recovery capability that improved overall service availability to meet customer SLA metrics, reducing daily outages from 30 minutes a week to 10 minutes per month.
  • Implemented and operated a 20 application integrated SOA platform to replace an outdated systems architecture, which saved a projected 30% in annual operating costs
  • Launched innovative Build-Operate-Transfer IT service operations business for Service Providers and Enterprises

  • Cisco Remote Operations Services (ROS); a business unit within Cisco Services created as a result of Cisco’s acquisition of NetSolve (NTSL) during 2004.
  • Executive with global responsibilities recruited to lead Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Platform Software Development, Remediation (IP) Leading Practices Development, Web 2.0 (ROSwiki), Process Engineering, DCN, IT, B-O-T (Build-Operate-Transfer) business and Strategic Business Development for Cisco’s execution of the business model for global remote network operations business (ITO/BPO Outsourcing) unit; built and delivered industry first of its kind – packaged intellectual property to Partners
