Tasked with the project of offering Total Solutions to customers that contact Dell Technical Support for Latin America and The Caribbean. I coached tech representatives in how to offer and sell our products and services directly. This involved parts, upgrades, onsite technical services, online services, technical contracts and softwares. While other international companies rely only on individual local partners, Dell offers their products and services directly. This project was a complete success on the first year because just tech support produced 1.2M and we promoted all our products and services that customers were not aware about. We even utilized Dell Tech Support Solutions as a reason for migrating to Dell because our tech support experts were product advisers as well.

During my leadership I made improvements in the procedures, expanded Dell services and I was involved in other global projects like application deployments and global sponsoring campaigns.
