-Assist all clients requiring technical services-both by phone and in person. maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
-Attends to all call logs from the service desk.
-Provide customers with assistance to problems related to Point Of Sale devices and -PAX(electricity and airtime) devices.
-Assist with stock count
-Assist with configuring network for both Point Of Sale device and PAX(electricity and airtime).
-Training new clients on how to use Point Of Sale and PAX(electricity and devices).
