“I had the privilege of working with Todd Dickerson for many years in his position as General Sales Manager of WCFB-FM. My diverse client list consisting of automotive dealerships, a local television station and the largest community college in the State of Florida caused me to have many interactions and negotiations with both Todd and his staff. I have always found Todd to be inquisitive of my client’s goals and objectives and eager to offer solutions from WCFB’s palette of sales tools. Todd was passionate about his station, his brand and the value it delivered. He negotiated fairly and intelligently, straddling the position of win/win very effectively on all my negotiations. Todd was effortless in his presentation, unruffled and sharp. He impressed my client tremendously, so much so that my client asked Todd his opinion not only on his Cox Radio group of stations, but every other station in the market. Todd was very professional and spoke to station formats, strengths & weaknesses rather than engaging in rumors and innuendo.
