Overseas CollaborationManaged joint development with groups in the U.K. and Japan for 27 years. Learned to communicate effectively, mostly in writing, with people in different cultures, speaking different languages, in non-overlapping time zones.

AccountingSolely responsible for payables, receivables, financial statements, bank reconciliations and benefit administration. Handle payroll for 20 employees using ADP EasyPayNet software. Initiated, contracted and setup cafeteria plan and online donations. Administer medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts, 403B, life, health and disability insurance. Rewrote personnel policies. Develop portions of church web-site.
