Responsible for the assembly of several different components of trailers with little to no supervision, using prints. During times of high production responsible for leading a team in the building of trailer roofs for use in temporary school buildings. Emphasis on accuracy and work flow management.

Responsible for guest satisfaction and the correct creation of sub sandwiches in accordance to special guest demands. Responsible for the correct handling of money and the inventory of all Subway Sandwich bread.

Responsibilities included: the hiring, management and payroll of up to five part-time employees, book-keeping and accounting, the repair of computers (both hardware and software), Interaction with customers and the insurance of customer satisfaction, business to business sales of IT contracts, and general office management including purchasing supplies and the hiring and management of several part-time employees.

Responsible for procuring capital, obtaining clients, providing services, keeping track of expenses and participating in the writing of airline manuals. A major client was a local logistics company, who I built computers and established an IT infrastructure for.

Responsibilities included the management of employee workflow, the insurance of guest satisfaction,  as well as normal employee job functions such as  washing dishes and cleaning of facilities. Additionally received experience in the creation of work schedules and the hiring and firing of employees.

Graduated from Indiana University at South Bend with a B.A. in English Composition and a minor in Interpersonal Communication. During this time I received Dean's List honors for four semester's and graduated with a GPA of 3.5. My focus during this time was in Business writing and interpersonal communication in a Business environment.

Received credits roughly equal to an Associates degree in Business Administration, but decided to   transfer my credits to Indiana University at South Bend with the intention of receiving an Undergraduate degree in English. I received training in Accounting, Management, Work Flow development, Scheduling and Professional Communication.



Business and Leadership

Experience in running an operating both my own, and another person's small business. Experience in payroll, hiring, book keeping, financial statement preparation, customer and business to business sales, customer relation, employee training and mentoring.


Experience leading and working in small groups with consistently efficacious results. Knowledge of how to communicate in a professional manner in person, on the phone, or over electronic medium. Experience and scholastic training in multiple modes of communication, including both theory and application thereof.


Authored an online-geared news article regarding research techniques. Worked as a member of a group, and was a major contributor in the creation of a recommendation report for the purpose of the revision of an IU South Bend club website. Have authored many written works including creative works, analytic arguments, and business related documents. Proof-read and edited both peers and my own papers throughout college.

Computer Literacy

Scholastic training and personal experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) as well as competing software such as OpenOffice.org. Designed functional websites using Adobe Dreamweaver and Wix.com. Training and experience in Windows (8, 7, Vista, and XP) as well as several distributions of Linux. Over ten years experience building, repairing, and troubleshooting PCs.
