- Provided residential customers with information regarding trash, recycling and yard debris removal, service policies, procedures and rates
- Utilized Tower Software to research accounts, identify problems , schedule work orders and process customer payments
- Worked closely with Operations and Dispatch employees to resolve service and equipment issues.
