Project Coordinator at Built.


Construction has been a part of my life since the early age of 15. Beginning as a concrete apprentice, through to the operation of my own business during the completion of my Construction Management Honours Degree at Deakin University. To securing a Project Coordinator role with Built Holdings in Mid-2015. My goal is to obtain a graduate position with Lend Lease and secure a long and successful career with a company that can nurture my ambitions.

Operating as a Project Coordinator with Built Holdings on both the Australian Taxation office Project in Dandenong and the Rialto Regeneration Project on the Corner of King and Collins St, Melbourne. My roles and responsibilities include:

- Procurement, and design

- Demolition, and finishes

- Client/Stakeholder management (Building management )

- Trade/Supplier Coordination

Australian Taxation Office Dandenong ($50 million):                                                                                         June 2015 - Sept 2015

Becoming the first Australian Taxation Office  to achieve a six-star international grade sustainability rating with the Green Building Council Australia. Base build construction with an integrated fitout

My Responsibilities Included:

    • Defect Rectification 
    • Finishes Closeout

    • Commissioning and Handover

Rialto Regeneration Project ($72 million):                                                                                                                   Sept 2015 - Current

Rejuvenation of the Rialto Tower Plaza and entrance foyer with a state of the art gridshell canopy, and the development of  two low-rise retail and commercial  buildings (4 & 5 levels respectively)

I have had the opportunity to work with world renown consultants including Woods Bagot (architect), AECOM (structural engineer), Arup (services engineer), and Philip Chun (heritage consultants).

My responsibilities on this project include:

    • Building Management/Stakeholder Management
    • OH&S 
    • Demolition 
    • Finishes 
    • Procurement
    • Samples
