Founded as an initiative brought to MCS’ Owner (Nortel Reseller) to broaden the scope of business & capabilities of deploying larger scale projects. • Managed the start-up phase & the engineering department • Managed concurrent projects for Military, Banks and Manufacturing facilities (LAN/WAN Solutions, Nortel Passport & Voice and Cabling Systems). • Major project (Peace vector 6th). Plan, Build and Test the Communication Plant at FAYID Air-Base. This project was a response to/under the supervision of the US Army Corp of Eng. (Meridian PBX, OPTERA, Fiber Ring, Cupper & Fiber Cabling). • Managed a Nortel deployment to upgrade the Egyptian Army Information System’ network to ATM core & provided an on-site training. • Planned and directed New Product Introduction (R&M- Switzerland based company providing Structured Cabling Systems) to the market.
