Bogalusa, LA Customer Service Specialist, contract fulltime. Answer inbound calls at a call center, and follow scripting in efforts to enroll consumers in a health plan in compliance with Affordable Care Act(ACA). Provide information to consumers, agents/brokers, Medicaid, and assisters pertaining to the ACA, the Marketplace and insurance plans offered in the Marketplace, and site navigation at Healthcare. gov. Maintain compliance with the Privacy Act to protect the consumers' Personal Identity Information(PII) and Personal Health Information(PHI). When needed, obtain information from other specialist, such as supervisors, internal support groups, or technicians to provide a solution. Adhere to constant changes in protocol, scripting, company database, and website. Perform duties in compliance with a Secure Floor Policy.
