I am responsible for the seamless end-to-end integration, management and implementation of training projects that ensures the effective training implementation of new systems, processes and products into the business.
My role makes me responsible for all aspects of the training process from the initial conversations with key stakeholders, through training needs analysis, material development and effective management of the resource available, the timely upskilling and training of end users right through to evaluating the success of the project.
To do this i must draw upon a broad range of training and learning methodologies to ensure that as part of the effective integration of the system/products i take into consideration the business wide behavioural change required to make any change sustainable and cost effective.
