Oracle HCM Expert/ Solution Architect/ Project Manager


I am well positioned among other senior Oracle HCM experts for my passion to success, creativity and ability to blend application functional and technical knowledge designing flexible solutions that exceed customers’ expectation.

I am an experienced senior consultant, a Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL V3 Foundation and one of the sixty selected practitioner reviewers of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) V2.0, with 19+ years of experience in IT field including more than 17 years with Oracle HCM.

I have extensive business knowledge in Human Capital Management with special interest in performance management, leadership, team building techniques, emotional intelligence and selection and recruitment.

My Oracle HRMS experience includes leading roles in several implementations of the full Oracle HCM suite across different industries, including; Petroleum, Telecommunication, Information Technology, Banking, Investment, Governmental, Non-Governmental (NGO)/United Nations (UN), Electronics, Engineering and Industrial organisations.

I am experienced in project management, information systems audit, quality assurance, planning, tasks scheduling and addressed numerous Oracle HCM functional and technical challenges. In addition, I have managed information gathering workshops, meetings, interviews, interactive design sessions, presentations, training sessions, and business processes analysis and re-engineering for a variety of clients.
