Manage social media communications for international portfolio: US-Mexico-LatAm and Brazil. Serve as functional social media expert and partner to the client entrusting the project to our agency, and as primary contact for third party social media partners and vendors to implement new social media tools and best practices to support marketing communications initiatives. Manage budget allocated to social media marketing, produce reports and ensure correct ROI. Develop and implement social media strategy to drive awareness, traffic, engagement on popular social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and YouTube, as well as new strategic platforms. Create, maintain and execute a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule based on strategic goals, business priorities, breaking news, social memes, and trends. Ensure content conveys brand voice, personality and quality standards. Manage the content development process from end to end working with both internal and external contributors and creative resources. Develop and implement creative and measurable social media programs and campaigns for new business initiatives, promotions, products and events. Collaborate with cross-functional team(Marketing, Events, PR, Sales, etc.) to maximize and extend all content creation and promotional opportunities. Create and monitor benchmarks to measure the impact of social media programs and campaigns and report on their effectiveness, use appropriate analytics to adjust programs, react to trends. Track metrics and analyze/interpret results and actively“ listen” to the social media community and perform ongoing reporting including social media analysis and development of post-campaign reports. Interact with consultants and guests and serve as in-house reporter at events to create timely content with text and video. Perform quality control of message distribution and assist to ensure cohesive branding between marketing materials in print and in digital formats. Manage Events related to product lunches or specific brand initiatives. Manage social media communications campaigns related to the success of such events. Partner with PR and marketing functions to develop PR/marketing strategy and tactics, and assist internal teams in executing this plan, including influencer programs.
