Marketing graduate with strong communication, organization, and marketing skills looking for a graduate role in PR, Marketing and Communications sector. Long-term objective is to progress and advance my career further.

Leicester Award for Employability and Online Networking

I have completed the Leicester Award for Employability and Online Networking, which allowed me to strengthen my digital footprint and explore the potential of social media in improving my career prospects.

University Of Leicester Management Society                                          University Of Macedonia basketball team

University Of Leicester Science Fiction & Fantasy Society                     High school’s theatre group

“Free Market Road Show Thessaloniki 2012” in Thessaloniki, organized by Austrian Economics Centre and University of Macedonia

“Creativity, Innovation and Sustainability” in Thessaloniki, organized by the International Hellenic University

“Oxford International Model United Nations” in Oxford organized by University Of Oxford

I have demonstrated my ability to work in a team, especially during the Oxford International Model United Nations in which I represented Argentina in the International Monetary Fund. Together with three other delegates, I was the author of the Final Resolution which was voted for by the rest of the member states indicating my creativity as well as my passion and dedication no matter how large or small the assigned project is.

My commercial experience as a Marketing Assistant in Marketing Research Department of Greek-German Chamber of Commerce & Industry has enabled me to develop strong interpersonal, teamwork and creativity skills as I came in direct contact with Chamber’s clients, worked in groups in order to prepare the weekly Chamber’s newsletter and came up with ideas in order to attract visitors to the Chamber’s website. In addition, while working as a Sales Assistant at an automobile retail selling service and in Customer Reception and Computerization at a hotel, I have realized the importance of flexibility and adaptability in order to fulfill customers’ demands and needs as soon as possible. What is more, I am currently working at Heartbeat Gallery as a Voluntary Marketing Assistant managing the gallery’s social networks, performing search engine optimization and e-mail marketing tasks. In addition, I am currently participating in Leicester Award for Employability and Networking, a programme run by University of Leicester which allowed me to develop my personal brand and explore the potential of social media in improving my career prospects. Besides, I am aware of how e-commerce can be done since I have maintained a seller account on e-Bay and Amazon for several months.

Proposed and implemented a number of creative solutions during my work placement, as a Marketing Assistant, at Greek-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Particularly I was asked to find ways to increase the visitor traffic to the Chamber’s website. I enriched the Chamber’s web page with new articles making it easier to be accessed from search engines, prepared the weekly Chamber’s newsletter using client databases from partner companies in order to broaden the Chamber’s customer list and found high traffic websites in which the Chamber’s website could be advertised.
Able to deal with problems calmly and efficiently, careful to approach situations in a neutral non-personal manner, as shown on a regular basis in my role at hotel’s customer reception and as a sales assistant in an automobile department. Dealt with tricky situations when it came to customer complaints and needs concerning problems arising either before or during their stay in the hotel.
Confident verbal communication skills as demonstrated by delivering presentations in front of audiences as part of regular academic assessments and by administrating focus groups effectively during my postgraduate degree.  Adept speaker, able to convey information clearly and concisely and produce consistently high standards of written work as reflected in marks awarded for assignments. Successfully represented Argentina in Oxford’s International Model United Nations in International Monetary Fund where after three days of debating and negotiating with the other delegates I was the author of the Final Resolution meeting all parties’ needs and laws.
Excellent team player, able to significantly contribute and work as part of a team to achieve a common objective. Proven in academic team work and during my work placement on Greek-German Chamber Of Commerce & Industry where as a part of the Market Research team I had to ensure the newsletter was finished in time and ready to be sent to customers. Played basketball on a semi-professional level and participated in a range of club and society involvements (theatre groups, Management Society, Science Fiction Society). Each required a different kind of team play, but the overall goal of learning to be a member of a group was invaluable.
