National Finance

While working at National Finance as a customer service representative I provided timely and accurate information to incoming customers. I processed the customers payment transactions/arrangements, schedule changes for repairs and scheduled pick ups. I provided timely feedback to the company regarding customer concerns, by following the policies procedures.

I had many responsibilites at this job, the most important responsibility was making sure I always gave customers a warm, friendly greeting. I had to assist each customer who was in need of help,making sure I had a happy customer. As a cashier at Kmart I ringed customers products, helping them find ways to save money by promoting our great deals.

I provided many services while working as a server at Osprey Village, I  provided food and beverage service to our residents, their family, and friends. I had to help maintain a cleanliness of the dining room, server stations,  beverage machines, and all other work areas.
