Information Center Coordinator

Working at the Information Center, not only am I responsible for responding to visitor inquiries via phone, e-mail and in person, providing the highest quality guest service and retaining reliable knowledge of all tourism and non-tourism related activities and topics, but I am also a key member to the Marketing Department. Acting as a liaison between the Marketing Department and visitors I write and create content for a quarterly newsletter that is sent to over 5,000 potential visitors and create daily content for Town of Frisco’s Facebook and Twitter accounts. I also help with editing a variety of material, brainstorming marketing ideas and researching products and vendors for events.
