Study of factors affecting customer buying behavior and customer loyalty
I collected data (through offline and online medium) of 132 customers to study the buying behavior of the customers. The project included a lot of field work. The major challenges that I faced during the project were convincing the people to give genuine responses so that the company can be benefited from the results of the study.
