Tarnell Brown is a summa cum laude graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor's in economics. A former insurance agent and Account Manager with a financial firm located in Woodstock, GA, Tarnell is currently a founding member of the Circle of Thought, a group of individuals that observe problems in the world and seek solutions to them, both in terms of political and economic policy. He serves as administrator of the network, whose members hope to establish a thriving and relevant think tank/NGO in the near future.Tarnell has an interest in the areas of development and behavioral economics, particularly as they pertain to the development of the African continental region.
