Behavioral Rewards Program (BRP) at Tahaluf Al Emarat:

  • Managing a rewards program with UAE’s Ministry of Possibilities which is the world’s first virtual ministry to apply design-thinking and experimentation to develop proactive and disruptive solutions to tackle critical issues, bringing together federal and local government teams and the private sector.
  • The project focuses on Behavioral change strategies and programs. 
  • Create and develop a new product based on Agile methodology in order to achieve MOP goals.
  • Lead, direct, and manage the development, implementation of the Behavioral Rewards Program.
  • Lead delivery team member of the Behavioral Rewards Program, establishing a plan for change aligned to the deployment timeline.
  • Work with the Product owner and external experts to scope the transformational change management and communications required by each project in the program.
