As a part time with my current job position "ITSM Solution Specialist" I do the following rolls:  

- Planning, implementing and monitoring the development and continual improvement of the quality management system related activities within the company,  
- Managing the guiding process of investigating identified nonconformities and received complaints against provided services to find out the root causes resulted in such non-conformance or complaints and developing the relevant corrective action plan with the concerned departments.
- Holding the responsibility for meeting the requirements of international standards adopted by the company; e.g. document and record control, internal audit, risk assessment, ........ etc.
- Organizing to hold regular meetings with the departmental managers and quality coordinators of the company to discuss the methods adopted for managing service provision and the ways that might be followed for developing and improving them. 
- Ensuring the availability of approved effective work plans and objectives for the continual improvement activities of the quality management system in collaboration with the different departments of the company and in line with the general vision, mission, values and objectives of the company which need to be regularly reviewed and amended when necessary. 
- Ensuring the availability of updated approved work procedures in collaboration with the concerned bodies that need to be constantly reviewed and amended when necessary so as to ensure performing the activities and services in a safe, easy and quick manner as well as to assure the accuracy of data and information.

Graduation Projecct

My Graduation project was in filed of web developing, I and my partners thought of building a smart system under the name of "white board" to make the students and their doctors connected all the time, to save a lot of effort and time for the student and the doctor, our System provide many different services to the doctor for example, the doctor can put up new homework's for the student and there is dead line date, and the student solve the homework's and send it back. And the homework will be automatically marked.
