In charge of the biggest unit in the company with the highest sales target across the kingdom.
Leading a sales team of 10 enthusiastic employees covering different lines including OR, Infection Control, and Modular space work solutions. Our core business is to provide turn key projects for the hospital different departments in cooperation with international suppliers such as Karl Storz for OR Integration systems, Maquet for OR lights,OR Tables and pendants and Getinge Group for infection control and CSSD products. Also dealing with NMG group to provide the modular work space solutions.
- In charge of a 9 digit sales target. Biggest across the company.
- Conducting double visits with sales team.
- Conducting quarterly unit business review meetings.
- Attending and leading business review meetings with suppliers.
- Handling all communication with the suppliers mainly Karl Storz and Maquet GmbH.
- Managing the coordination between the sales and the PM office.
- Liaising the communication between sales and supply chain.
- Supervising the contracts with subcontractors.
- Managing projects' documentation.
- Responsible of managing the division activities for 45 personnel including the management of leaves, assigning replacements, periodic meetings,fun days, distributing tasks,...
- Conducting monthly and quarterly reports for the higher management.
