  • Facilitated the delivery of more cost effective labor and management within AMEX by outsourcing the expatriate program, creating value of $5M-$6M
  • Saved $1.3M by sourcing facilities contracts while leading the on-time, within budget startup of the AMEX Optima Operations Center; later managed the shutdown of the center, ensuring cost effective transfer, sale, and/or disposal of assets
  • Fueled diverse spend increases of 400%+ in one year for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, Vistakon, and American Express by implementing and improving Supplier Diversity Programs, focusing on enhancing corporate image and external outreach, increasing diverse supply base inclusion, and driving successful government reporting
