Facilities Coordinator

  • Responsible for monthly operation review on VDO conference between clients in Bangkok and Jones Lang LaSalle international management team from Singapore, Hong Kong, and China
  • Collecting monthly reports from other departments and sub-contractors e.g. Housekeeping, Security, Manpower, Mailing room in order to create monthly operations report
  • Responsible for monthly meeting between Bangkok team and regional team
  • Responsible for holding weekly team building meeting in order to follow 52 weeks plan and KPI metric
  • Responsible for holding quarterly safety walk with team member to ensure employees are well aware of the golden safety rules

I have assistant background which required managing projects in a team or between departments.

Office Management

One of the most successful projects I had full responsibility for is setting up an office in a new location. I started from searching locations, contacting building engineers and interior designer team, purchasing office furniture and appliances,  registering paper work, scheduling the move, hiring custodians, and managing office supply inventory.


I am very familiar with being a personal assistant. I can manage phone calls, emails, appointments, and meetings.

Bilingual (English/Thai)

I was born in Thailand. My family is bilingual (English/Thai). I have been able to communicate in English since I was 2 years old. I also studied in Advance English Academy in San Francisco. My husband is a English native speaker.


Japanese was my major in High school. I also worked for a Japanese company for 1 year. I am able to understand basic vocabulary and sentences.

Microsoft Office suits

I often use Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel for recording and tracking accounting details and office supply inventory, and Microsoft Power Point for creating presentations. 


I have studied and completed certification from Adobe for building basic html email.

SQL and Databases

I have basic skill in writing SQL, queries, and generating reports.


I have studied and completed certification from Adobe in basic training course for using Javascript in web design.
