ðRegularly inspect rooms assigned to groups to maintain good relations with the guests and to enable the immediate solving of problems with all concerned.
ðKeeps track of all external ongoing activities especially among competitors and the hospitality tourism industry.
ðAchieve monthly budget goals and new business targets.
ðAll leads to be properly followed up and correct information passed on within four working days.
ðTo organize periodic mailings with a mailing list that should be kept up to date.
ðTo participate in sales trips, special projects with other members of the sales team.
ðPenetrate all new and existing accounts to maximum potential for the hotel.
ðTo maintain and use effectively all sales administration system.
ðTo prepare weekly report that highlights action covered during that period:
ðDaily and Weekly Sales Report
ðCompetitor’s Activities Report
ðSummary of Guest’s Comments and Complaint Report
ðFeedback on Market Trends and future sales activity.
ðTo operate within budgeted guidelines set by Sales Manager.
ðMaintain and update Files containing pertinent information on clients.
