I am interested in emergent leardership of sustainability - how to create processes which enable people share a vision and solve challenges together in small and large scale systems.
This includes many aspects:
Sowing dreamseeds - communicating effectively about new and old solutions trough social media and real life networks.
Designing processes of engagement - being an invisible leader, asking powerful questions, hosting space for appreciative dialogue.
Compassionate listening - when facing a challenge or reaching back to personal visions, compassionate listening offers space for looking at oneself from different perspectives.
Learning by doing - by installing a feedback loop to any group process the mood changes from "winning and loosing" to "perfecting the design".
