I manage a converged network that consist of the following Avaya products:  Main Culster CM 6.2 Media Servers/ESS/G650/G450 (LSP)/G430 (LSP)/Avaya Aura Messaging/ System Manager/Session Manager/Mutare/TNS/Presence/One-X Communicator/SmartPoint Managed Services & Remote Intelligence

Assist in the delivery of all Telecom related projects, build outs and solutions to support the business operations of the firm.  Operate under minimum supervision, and given independent judgement in analyses and recommendations. 

Help triage and troubleshoot complex telecommunications system issues such as- QoS issues, routing, front end database rebuild, etc. 

Work along side Exchange and Sr. LAN/WAN Engineers  during maintenance windows to ensure that all telecom services are working properly.

-Administered and monitored a $2 Million dollar yearly budget that met and exceeded milestone dates and budgetary guidelines.

-Drafted, and submitted RFP's; Negotiated cellular and telecom contracts.

-Engineered and managed multiple large budget Telecom projects at new and old sites. 

-Managed the cellular distribution, repairs and training for a Fleet of over 1000 users.

-Developed proposals, fiscal estimates, projected plans, cost benefit analysis and presentations to the CFO and CEO.

Avaya translations used for mac's, troubleshooting, etc. for our Avaya duplicated system and gateways.  Administrator H.323 and SIP for enterprise and remote office/home use.
