Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers. Support Sales Team with administrative needs.
Analyze business performance against budget and goals. Develop and implement successful business plans and strategies. Completed monthly, quarterly or annual business reports and billing. Oversee sales, inventory, and human resources of the business.
Develop and coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and optimization of daily operational activities for 100+ employees providing services to customers along the Eastern United States. My role consists of supervising field technicians, head of logistics (data entry and invoice processing), and problem solving with our clients.
