- Facilitate the operations of a premier apartment community consisting of 460 apartments, 70 executive suites, recreation facilities and a full time staff of approximately 30
- Establish and maintain profitable business relationships with high level executives representing companies of global repute
- Set up accounting functions in the Yardi Data base, post monthly charges and record payments for deposit
- Delegate work orders to appropriate staff members for service requests and building maintenance
- Manage projects, calendar trades to meet timelines and client expectations
- Utilize office tools such as the Yardi database system, Microsoft Office Professional, network servers, multifunction printers and multi-line telephone systems
- Represent the General Manager as the Certified Management Member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee. Create and deliver training presentations according to Best Practices and the Occupational Health and Safety Act for WHMIS, AODA, Certified Member Responsibilities, Violence and Harassment, Heat Stress etc.
- Work with HR Downloads to write policies, assign mandatory and recommended training, and build a Health and Safety program
- Control vacancy levels and maintain consistent sales levels by pairing qualified prospects with our offerings
