  • Represent the General Manager as the Certified Management Member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee. Create and deliver training presentations according to Best Practices and the Occupational Health and Safety Act for WHMIS, AODA, Certified Member Responsibilities, Violence and Harassment, Heat Stress etc.
  • Work with HR Downloads to write policies, assign mandatory and recommended training, and build a Health and Safety program
  • Control vacancy levels and maintain consistent sales levels by pairing qualified prospects with our offerings
