Provide non-medical In-home and /or community care to the agency's service recipients.
Ensure rules, policies and procedures are followed by all staff providing services to clients.
Coordinate and schedule care giving services for clients and caregivers in an accurate, thorough manner while maintaining professionalism.
Strong problem solving ability and initiative to solve and troubleshoot.
Quality decisions in a timely manner, under uncertain conditions while considering immediate and long-term consequences of decisions supporting the company goals.
Excellent telephone techniques, putting all at ease and reassure them with professionalism and trust.
Extremely detailed oriented, meticulous documentation, ability to multi task in a fast pace environment, creating and maintaining schedules for employees and service recipients.
