As a casual employee of Subway at West Gosford, My role includes demonstrating complete knowledge of the Subway Menu and ability to explain it to customers accurately whilst creating subs to customer’s needs, Adhering to correct food handling and food safety standards, ensuring all tasks are conducted and completed on time and to standard. Further to this, I am also in charge of closing the store which includes duties such as counting the total sales for the day and ensuring everything is clean and ready for opening the following day.
