Assisted the directors, managers, and clinical research scientists of R&D in various areas relating to the successful development of our lead product.  Created and prepared investigator agreement and payment letters, populated spreadsheet for investigator payments and vendor invoices. Entered contract information into Trackwise system for management approval.Created an effective organization filing system with indexing binder for easy access to critical information for Business Planning Dept. Prepared study manuals for site initiations; collected information to process weekly site enrollment reports. Planning Coordinator for one of our study coordinator meetings in Santa Fe, NM, which saved the company several thousand dollars. Reconciled and processed travel and entertainment expenses in Excel for the department, which the cumulative Excel report and department invoices were used to help project next year’s budget.  Created PowerPoint presentations, maintained all calendars in Microsoft Outlook; coordinated conference calls; arranged limousine service and travel arrangements including international travel for department.  Coordinated with Human Resources to schedule candidate interviews.
