- Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.
- Help secure customer design wins to bring our products to market rapidly and successfully. Maintain healthy projects sales pipeline.
- Contributed directly to the success of the products and customers that company supports.
- Sough-ted clarifications from business, coordinated among the business & team to resolve the issues, getting clarifications & status update .
- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
- Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
- Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
- Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals
- Maintain thorough knowledge of construction industry, structure, trends, and issues to ensure full understanding of customer’s primary business goals, operations, challenges, and requirements.
- Support all aspects of the relationship with Consultants/ Specifying bodies within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Communicate specifications detail, Project details and successful contractor information to Business Unit Managers for follow up.
