Supervised the group that is responsible for maintaining the Enterprise Document Imaging system, Legal Software and Parks software for the City of Spokane. I was also the Project Manager on a new implementation of new legal software for the municipal courts and on a new permit system.  Coordinated task assignments and completion of contractual obligations related to new permit system.  Lead the migration of vendor hosting to internal hosting of new permit system.  Captured user requirements and created process flow diagrams.  I supported all Microsoft Access database issues for a majority of the departments. Provided an interface to extract addresses, parcels, owners, parcel values, address conditions, and parcel conditions from various data sources and combine values where applicable from two different data sources. Wrote and maintained a C# website for Probation Department. Over a few years I also acted as a database administrator where I would optimize databases, install SQL Server, manage SQL Server licenses, create and schedule database backups, and ensure the databases were available day and night, 7 days a week.  Created database schemas, entity relationship diagrams.  Created Crystal reports and managed Crystal Reports server.
