  • Scope And Responsibilities Responsible of receiving Both Laboratory and Site Reports from the Technicians on Daily Basis as per Schedule of Testing. Preparing Schedules and testing Drafts for the technicians on Daily Basis.
  • To Ensure that before receiving Reports to check the no. of testing as per schedule was given before submitting it to the Lab Supervisor and Lab Manager for Signing. Responsible for Encoding Reports on daily Submittal to the Consultant and Contractor.
  • Responsible for Encoding Reports on Weekly Submittal to the Consultant and Contractor. Responsible for Encoding Reports on Monthly Submittal to the Consultant and Contractor.
  • To be Accurate and efficient on preparing submittals(Hard Copy & Soft Copy) Responsible to recheck the Final Reports before the submittals.
  • In charge of the Document Controller Team to teach the the correct way and process of preparing Report.
  • Prepare accomplished report of the project in accordance with the project specifications & Monitoring , Control Q.A documentation required by the operation.
