As a customer care representative of Tmobile usa, my duties are to provide excellent customer care to our wonderful customers!  My duties as well as my pleasure is to ensure the customer is satisfied and to make my concern that the customer has everything they need to be a satisfied tmobile customer. Not only is it my duty to make sure the customer is happy and pleased, in order to gain that respect  I must also study team togetherness with my team members to make the work atmosphere great. Those are my duties at tmobile.
