Communicates Company personnel information and coordinates personnel-related activities by entering, checking, and processing payroll, coordinating recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluation processes, facilitating training, and maintaining personnel and employment documentation.

Administers, maintains, and oversees facility training by communicating training plans, monitoring and tracking completion of training by Associates, reviewing training reports, and communicating training issues to Management.

Provides office support for the facility by reconciling invoices, generating reports, researching issues and discrepancies, locating information, and maintaining files and documentation.

Receives and stocks merchandise throughout the facility and organizes and maintains the backroom by following Company safety, cleaning, and operating procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, setting up displays, receiving, sorting, staging, and delivering merchandise, and completing paperwork, logs, and other required documentation.
